Direct Debit Program
ACC Farmer's Financial is changing the way it collects loan repayments – the buyer simply pays the producer
and reports the transaction through Eleview. Eleview maintains a list of active ACC
clients. Reported transactions are filtered against this list and when a transaction is
reported for an ACC client the information required to effect the loan payment is passed
on to ACC. ACC then schedules a pre-authorized debit (PAD) against their client’s
account.
Buyers no longer have to search the ACC list each time a producer shows up at a
grain terminal – nor do they have to aggregate loan deductions or prepare and remit
cheques with supporting transactions details. They do not have to concern themselves
whether a producer has an ACC loan or not – simply pay the producer and report the
transaction through Eleview.
